The Fitness Center at Canyon Vistas is well equipped with a variety of Cybex equipment for those who are concerned about keeping fit during their retirement.  The equipment includes treadmills for aerobic and weight loss as well as other equipment for developing upper and lower body strength and agility.  A trainer is available who comes on-site and who will give personal instruction on the use of the equipment and to develop a fitness program for those who desire.
